Yoga has been a big game changer in my life, and it has helped me find health and happiness through breath and movement. I strongly believe in the emotional and physical benefits of yoga, as practicing yoga regularly has led me to make healthier lifestyle choices, and I want to help you by sharing my journey.
Yoga is movement meditation and this has been the purest gift - it is what keeps me aware of where I am in my practice and life. It continually moves me forward with self-acceptance while keeping me grounded.

Beginning with identifying your personal yoga goals, I will create simple yet physically challenging sequences that are within your capabilities. Whilst connecting movements to breath, I will give you relevant alignment cues and hands-on adjustments throughout the practice. I will help you to reach your fullest potential in your practice by being by your side every single breath of the way.
I completed my 200 hours of healing and awakening inspired blend of traditional Hatha Vinyasa flow teacher training in 2015. I felt an instant connection to the practice and continued on my yoga education with Elena Brower's 'Art of Attention' workshop as a part of the Teacher Enhancement Intensive Training. Since then, I have accumulated over 2000 hours of professional experience in studios, resorts, festivals, retreats, and even in corporate environments, as well as private sessions.
I believe in the simplicity of the practice. My intuitive style of teaching with a hands-on approach to alignment, combined with the breath makes my sessions suitable for everybody. In addition to yoga, I also give private Reiki treatments and gong relaxation sessions.
